Our responsibility:

- Selecting appropriate building materials and finishes based on aesthetic, functional, and budgetary considerations.
- Integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into architectural plans, coordinating with engineers to optimise spatial layouts and efficiency.
- Implementing principles of building physics, such as thermal comfort and acoustics, into architectural designs to enhance occupant well-being.
- Conducting building performance analyses, including energy modeling and daylighting simulations, to optimise sustainability and efficiency.
- Supervising the construction process to ensure quality control and compliance with architectural specifications and design intent.
- Addressing any design modifications or unforeseen challenges during construction, providing solutions that maintain design integrity and client satisfaction.
- Documenting project progress and outcomes for record-keeping and future reference.
Our Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualise three-dimensional spaces from two-dimensional drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to architectural practice.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation in generating unique design concepts and solutions that address client needs and project constraints.
- Attention to detail in developing precise architectural drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of sustainability principles and ability to integrate green building strategies into architectural designs.
- Project management skills for organising and overseeing the entire design and construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
